Territory Sales Engineer responsible for building customer relationships, selling Coromant tooling solutions, identifying new business, consulting on CNC machining and tooling applications, collaborating with internal teams, and managing the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Provide administrative, finance, and compliance support across Commercial, Legal, Finance, and Operations. Maintain records and document management, coordinate customer onboarding, contracts and tenders, manage vendor procurement and invoices, handle office administration and travel, assist with invoice verification and accounts receivable, support governance, audit, risk and compliance, and act as central coordinator between internal and external stakeholders.

Provide technical application support and sales enablement for metalworking customers, recommend cutting-tool solutions, run tests and projects, deliver training, troubleshoot implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage sales pipelines in Dynamics 365 to close orders and drive customer value.

Lead sales for an assigned geography: set forecasts, budgets and targets; manage first-line sales managers; develop and execute local sales and marketing strategies; manage customer and channel relationships; ensure financial discipline, technical support, and competitive actions; drive Sandvik values and safety. Extensive travel required.

Serve as the technical-sales expert for aerospace (airframe) customers in the US Southeast, developing customer relationships, delivering Coromant tooling solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting CNC machining and tooling applications. Maintain pipeline in CRM and collaborate with internal teams to provide total customer solutions.

Responsible for corporate tax compliance and reporting (CIT, VAT), tax research and planning, audit support, resolving tax notices, and improving tax processes and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.

Manage customer relationships and drive sales of Coromant tooling solutions in the Tulsa region. Drive profitable growth by enforcing pricing and discount policies, analyzing price leakages, building pricing scenarios and customer-specific profitability models, supporting sales negotiations, and implementing pricing governance and tool improvements across the China cluster.

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathe and 5-axis milling machines to produce precision components. Perform in-process inspections, adjust programs and setups, collaborate with engineering on tooling and programming, track production metrics, and follow safety and quality standards.
