Teams at Sandvik

Provide technical expertise and implementation support for Sandvik Coromant products and digital machining solutions. Work with Account Managers to identify opportunities, deliver customer trainings, troubleshoot implementations, develop test applications, document performance, and lead customer projects to secure profitable business and maximize product adoption.

Develop and improve preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs; implement condition monitoring; analyze failures using RCA and FMEA; administer CMMS; lead cross-functional teams to reduce downtime, optimize maintenance, and support equipment installations.

Provide customer-facing and internal administrative support to ensure efficient site operations. Coordinate customer visits and events, manage front-office and travel logistics, prepare reports and communications, maintain site communications and engagement initiatives, support HR/timekeeping and compliance with ISO standards, and drive continuous improvement.
