Leads machining and manufacturing technology development within R&D. Sets technical priorities and roadmaps, identifies future technologies, initiates projects, translates research into production methods, and develops collaborations. Provides technical leadership, coaches colleagues, promotes best practices, and supports knowledge sharing. Requires advanced CAM and machining expertise, plus knowledge of CNC controllers, CAD, toolpath simulation, post-processors, and technical programming.

Owns and continuously improves the global Plan-to-Fulfill process across operations. Responsibilities include process architecture, governance, standards, controls, KPIs, compliance readiness, risk management, process harmonization, and alignment across regions and functions. The role partners with senior stakeholders to define requirements, improve process maturity, and ensure systems, data, and digital capabilities support globally consistent planning, production, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment processes.

Provide customer-facing and internal administrative support to ensure efficient site operations. Coordinate customer visits and events, manage front-office and travel logistics, prepare reports and communications, maintain site communications and engagement initiatives, support HR/timekeeping and compliance with ISO standards, and drive continuous improvement.
