Deliver Sales Performance Management (SPM) implementations focusing on territory design, quota planning, and capacity planning. Lead workshops, gather and document requirements, translate business needs into configuration and functional specs, validate and prepare implementation data, support SIT/UAT, resolve defects, train users, and produce project documentation and process flows.

Gather and translate client requirements into developer-ready user stories, analyze change requests and integrations, perform SQL-based data analysis and testing, create mockups and acceptance criteria, run calls and training, provide after-hours support and travel to client sites as needed.

Analyze sales and commission data, translate business needs into technical requirements, design and test calculation logic and system configurations, validate calculations using SQL and Excel/VBA, support implementations, training, and process optimization for global clients, and occasionally travel for business.
