Serve as a project management engineer supporting component validation, supplier coordination, BOM and inventory management, project tracking, importation and material reception, compliance checks, and shutdown support. Provide status reporting, scope writing, bid evaluation, subcontractor selection, and ensure program deliverables are met on schedule.

Deliver Ignition-based SCADA/IIoT systems integration for manufacturing customers: gather and document requirements, develop/customize Ignition solutions, configure plant-floor data collection, validate and test systems, and provide user training and support.

Design and plan industrial facility layouts and machinery installations. Read and interpret mechanical and architectural drawings, coordinate vendors, track project progress, and ensure systems integration across electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems while supporting construction and installation activities.

Hands-on manufacturing test engineer responsible for validating, installing, commissioning, and improving end-of-line test processes and equipment. Perform NVH and vibration analysis, functional validation, resolver calibration, troubleshooting, test software/sequences, and liaise with product and supplier engineering to reduce defects and improve production quality.

Consult as a Process Engineer to design, optimize, and implement industrial processes for automotive clients. Assess processes, run tests and tryouts, provide documentation, drive problem resolution, meet program deliverables, and support production line installations while tracking status and ensuring quality and timing targets.

Serve as on-site safety lead for industrial maintenance projects: conduct floor surveys, create and validate Job Safety Analyses, define LOTO procedures, map PPE and permits, manage 3-tier safety signoffs, and align safety documentation with IBM Maximo.

Lead development and implementation of ergonomic, material-handling, and manufacturing solutions from concept through procurement, installation, commissioning, and acceptance. Coordinate supplier selection, manage capital budgets and schedules, lead cross-functional teams, ensure safety/ergonomic compliance, and deliver project documentation and training.
