Serve as on-site safety lead for industrial maintenance projects: conduct floor surveys, create and validate Job Safety Analyses, define LOTO procedures, map PPE and permits, manage 3-tier safety signoffs, and align safety documentation with IBM Maximo.

Lead development and implementation of ergonomic, material-handling, and manufacturing solutions from concept through procurement, installation, commissioning, and acceptance. Coordinate supplier selection, manage capital budgets and schedules, lead cross-functional teams, ensure safety/ergonomic compliance, and deliver project documentation and training.

Assess ergonomic risks for clients in automotive and manufacturing settings, perform analyses using ergonomic assessment tools, recommend improvements, create reports, deliver presentations, and conduct site visits.

Deliver Ignition-based SCADA/IIoT systems integration for manufacturing customers: gather and document requirements, develop/customize Ignition solutions, configure plant-floor data collection, validate and test systems, and provide user training and support.

Manage and standardize maintenance documentation, enforce client visual standards, control digital approval workflows and SLAs, produce final signed digital packages, and generate Maximo load/activation reports to certify deliverable implementation.

Lead and manage technical and manufacturing engineering projects onsite, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, tracking schedule/budget/risk, reporting status, and bridging technical teams with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Provide safety engineering and consulting for manufacturing/automotive clients: perform risk assessments, tooling and facility safety analyses, design reviews and sign-offs, training and documentation, coordinate buy-offs using Protag/PACT, and support global safety processes to eliminate safety issues on the plant floor.

Perform ergonomic and physical demands analyses using assessment tools and digital human modeling, identify and prioritize risk mitigation solutions, lead project teams, develop ergonomic standards, and communicate findings to clients to drive workplace improvements.

Hands-on manufacturing test engineer responsible for validating, installing, commissioning, and improving end-of-line test processes and equipment. Perform NVH and vibration analysis, functional validation, resolver calibration, troubleshooting, test software/sequences, and liaise with product and supplier engineering to reduce defects and improve production quality.

Coordinate cross-functional technical workstreams across software, engineering, manufacturing, and customers. Maintain schedules, milestones, Jira dashboards, burndown reporting, resource plans and financial forecasts. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, status meetings, and escalate blockers. Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and support pilot installations, training, commissioning, and manufacturing launches.

Serve as a safety engineering consultant conducting risk assessments, machinery/equipment design reviews, safety training, and advising on regulations and continuous program improvements for manufacturing clients. Communicate initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders and union Health & Safety reps, and take immediate action on imminent serious-injury risks.
