Conduct ergonomic risk and physical demands analyses across manufacturing, distribution, and other industrial environments. Use ergonomic assessment tools, digital human modeling software, and engineering judgment to identify risks, prioritize improvements, develop ergonomic standards, and deliver technical reports to clients. The role includes workplace assessments, client presentations, project leadership, research, and recommendations to improve employee health, safety, productivity, and quality. Travel to client sites is required approximately 50% of the time.

Own the backlog and roadmap for computer vision and automated inspection products used in manufacturing quality systems. Translate plant and quality requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product increments. Lead Agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, user acceptance testing, commissioning, production validation, KPI measurement, operational readiness, training, and continuous improvement. The role requires regular plant-floor collaboration and approximately 20% travel to support manufacturing launches and system deployments.

Provides onsite industrial cybersecurity support across automotive manufacturing facilities. Implements and manages manufacturing cybersecurity controls and standards, coordinates initiatives with plant and corporate teams, supports vulnerability and incident management, reports progress, and promotes adherence to industrial cybersecurity practices. Requires plant-floor experience with industrial IT systems and controls, cybersecurity education or certification, strong communication skills, and flexibility for occasional off-shift support and travel.
