Manages the implementation, monitoring, compliance, and reporting of health center grant-funded programs. Coordinates with finance, contracting, human resources, data analytics, and department leaders; tracks program and financial deadlines; interprets funder requirements; develops action plans; supports grant proposals; and recommends strategies to strengthen long-term funding.

Supports HR operations across onboarding, recruiting, employee records, compliance, reporting, training, and administrative activities. The intern will assist with job postings, resume screening, HR database maintenance, audits, labor distributions, process documentation, social media campaigns, and HR trend research while gaining exposure to talent acquisition, compensation, HR technology, safety, wellness, and learning and development.

Supervises PACE recruitment, outreach, and marketing activities to achieve enrollment goals. Leads marketing planning, social media, stakeholder relationships, reporting, promotional materials, and community engagement. Ensures compliance with CMS, DHCS, and DMHC marketing regulations while coaching staff, managing performance, and improving enrollment processes. The role also supports procurement, policy development, and positive experiences for prospective and enrolled participants.

Administers employee benefits and leave-of-absence programs, including enrollments, qualifying life events, accommodations, audits, invoices, premium payments, and return-to-work coordination. Analyzes benefits processes and data, prepares reports and guides, supports open enrollment and training, responds to employee inquiries, ensures HRIS data integrity, and partners with vendors and HR technology teams on issue resolution and system changes.

Leads organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, career pathing, internal HR communications, metrics, reporting, and workforce development initiatives. Partners with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify skills gaps, design development programs, manage engagement surveys, support HRIS readiness, and deliver talent-related training. Requires strong project leadership, communication, reporting, employment law knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Manages PACE recruitment, enrollment growth, marketing, and community outreach. Develops marketing plans, territories, referral networks, reports, and enrollment strategies while supervising staff and ensuring compliance with CMS, California DHCS, and DMHC regulations. Builds relationships with healthcare and community stakeholders, supports participant and family experience, trains employees, and manages performance, policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Develop and submit grant applications and funding proposals aligned with organizational priorities. Research funding opportunities, interpret RFPs and NOFOs, coordinate with program and finance teams, support grant budget development, and maintain complete grant records. The role serves as the internal lead for assigned proposals and requires strong research, writing, communication, and knowledge of public and private funding sources.
