Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment, wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans and utensils, manage trash and soiled linen, operate cleaning and material-handling equipment, follow safety and sanitation regulations, report equipment issues, complete required trainings, and support department operations during public health emergencies.

Provide accurate, timely financial accounting for the casino including month-end close, account reconciliations, revenue and expense reporting, sales and occupancy tax filings, GAAP and NIGC MICS compliance, ad hoc reporting, and collaboration with department leaders.

Manage room assignments, pre-register guests, coordinate group arrivals, track room status with Housekeeping and Maintenance, resolve inventory conflicts, run operational reports, handle check-ins/check-outs and billing, and support Front Office leadership to ensure smooth guest experience.

Build and maintain relationships with premium casino guests to drive retention and gaming revenue. Provide exceptional guest service, resolve complaints, manage comps and marker authorizations, solicit loyalty program enrollment, coordinate guest travel and hospitality, conduct telemarketing and floor contact, and support casino marketing events and promotions.
