Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on central plant, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, fire alarm, heating, and ventilation systems. Troubleshoots failures, completes emergency repairs, installs equipment, maintains repair records, and identifies major repair needs. The role requires refrigeration experience, EPA certification, technical drawing literacy, safe tool operation, a Nevada driver’s license, and availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Supervises hotel public-area cleaning operations, including inspections, staffing allocation, supply distribution, vendor coordination, maintenance reporting, and compliance with cleaning and safety standards. Leads, trains, mentors, and evaluates casino and utility porters while ensuring guest service, cleanliness, grooming, attendance, and performance expectations. The role requires physical cleaning capabilities, equipment operation, conflict resolution, and work across all hotel areas and shifts.

Processes and reconciles accounts receivable transactions, prepares invoices and aging reports, researches billing issues, handles credit card disputes, maintains cash receipt records, and updates subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger. The role also supports refunds, communicates with customers and internal departments, and ensures compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment, wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans and utensils, manage trash and soiled linen, operate cleaning and material-handling equipment, follow safety and sanitation regulations, report equipment issues, complete required trainings, and support department operations during public health emergencies.
