Reporting to the Team Member Relations Manager, the Human Resources Representative (Employee Concierge) serves as an internal resource and liaison to employees. The Representative has a full understanding of the policies, procedures, benefits, service culture, mission and values of the company and accurately relays this information to employees through a variety of channels. The Representative will assist with the administration of accurate and timely Team Member processing.

The Representative will assist with the administration of accurate and timely Team Member processing.
Responsibilities:
- Provides internal guest service to employees by consistently demonstrating property guest service standards and accurately and effectively answering employee questions.
- Supports employees on the utilization of Human Resources technology for both online and telephone access, including Workday and the Benefits Service Center.
- Provides useful suggestions and recommendations to employees to enhance their employee experience through self-service.
- Processes all employee information for new hires, transfers, promotions and terminations information including I-9 verification.
- Performs special projects and assignments as requested by department management.
- Performs administrative and clerical support related to other areas of Human Resources including team member relations, recruiting, benefits, compliance and training.
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of Human Resource experience or related administrative/clerical experience, preferably in a similar casino and resort setting.
- Spanish bilingual required.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Workday preferred.
- Professional appearance and strong attention to delivering a positive employee experience with each interaction.
- Ability to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task with the ability to be self-directed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer service skills.
