Provide accurate, timely financial accounting for the casino including month-end close, account reconciliations, revenue and expense reporting, sales and occupancy tax filings, GAAP and NIGC MICS compliance, ad hoc reporting, and collaboration with department leaders.

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, and HVAC systems for the central plant. Troubleshoot and repair equipment (boilers, pumps, water heaters, walk-in coolers/freezers), respond to emergencies, maintain maintenance records, install new equipment, and follow safety and regulatory procedures.

Manage room assignments, pre-register guests, coordinate group arrivals, track room status with Housekeeping and Maintenance, resolve inventory conflicts, run operational reports, handle check-ins/check-outs and billing, and support Front Office leadership to ensure smooth guest experience.
