Supports middle school students with learning differences through individualized and small-group instruction, accommodations, learning plans, screenings, and case management. Collaborates with teachers, families, counselors, administrators, tutors, and outside specialists to coordinate student support, interpret assessments, analyze MAP testing data, and promote inclusive access to the curriculum. Maintains confidential student profiles, facilitates parent education, and advocates for culturally responsive, equitable learning practices.
