Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and present candidates; coordinate interviews; maintain ATS records and candidate pipelines; support career fairs and outreach; track recruiting metrics; ensure equitable, compliant hiring practices and positive candidate experience.

Perform advanced financial statement analysis and underwriting support for commercial and business loans. Prepare credit memorandums, perform annual reviews, monitor portfolio risk and covenant compliance, support loan administration, reporting, and process improvements to ensure lending aligns with credit union policies and regulatory requirements.
