As a Product Engineer, you'll build user-facing features for public cloud and financial products, ensuring an exceptional user experience while collaborating across teams and addressing developer needs.

The role involves architecting and managing GPU clusters, focusing on network management and automation, mentoring junior engineers, and maintaining documentation.

Partner with the CEO to drive strategy and execution, remove organizational bottlenecks, translate decisions into cross-functional action, and represent the CEO externally. Build domain knowledge of AI/ML, GPU finance, and datacenter deal dynamics while coordinating leadership alignment and ensuring measurable outcomes. Role requires daily in-person presence in San Francisco.

Provide high-touch administrative support to the CEO: attend meetings, capture decisions, drive follow-up, defend and manage calendar, prepare briefings and slide decks, handle confidential information, draft communications, and own special projects to remove friction from the CEO's day.

Manage and grow relationships with GPU providers and datacenter operators, source and onboard new compute capacity, negotiate long-term supply agreements, coordinate onboarding with engineering, monitor performance and risks via KPIs, and drive pipeline reporting and sales collateral for provider partnerships.

Own full-cycle sales to AI labs, startups, and enterprises buying GPU compute. Hunt and qualify leads, negotiate contracts, run demos and POCs, forecast and manage CRM, and represent the company at industry events while collaborating with technical stakeholders.

Work directly with large enterprise customers to build and deploy tightly scoped full‑stack integrations and customer-specific APIs. Ship end-to-end solutions, maintain cross-stack technical knowledge, translate customer work into core product improvements, collaborate with GTM, collect requirements, travel occasionally, and serve as primary customer technical contact.

You will lead the build system and CI/CD processes at SFCompute, focusing on improving reproducibility, hermeticity, and speed. Your role includes auditing current systems, migrating to a new build system, ensuring effective CI, and collaborating with teams on new infrastructure developments.
