Own end-to-end deployment of signed compute partnerships, coordinating Engineering, GTM, customers, and providers through contract handoff, site readiness, hardware delivery, rack-and-stack, cluster bring-up, validation, and go-live. Manage concurrent GPU deployments, define milestones and acceptance criteria, track blockers, report status, and reconcile Bills of Materials against contracted technical specifications.

Partner with the CEO to drive strategy and execution, remove organizational bottlenecks, translate decisions into cross-functional action, and represent the CEO externally. Build domain knowledge of AI/ML, GPU finance, and datacenter deal dynamics while coordinating leadership alignment and ensuring measurable outcomes. Role requires daily in-person presence in San Francisco.

Own and build SFCompute’s governance, risk, and compliance function. Lead the SOC 2 Type 2 program, drive first-time ISO 27001 certification, establish enterprise risk management, design policies and controls, manage third-party risk, operate Vanta, oversee auditors, and hire and develop the GRC team.

Own full-cycle sales to AI labs, startups, and enterprises buying GPU compute. Hunt and qualify leads, negotiate contracts, run demos and POCs, forecast and manage CRM, and represent the company at industry events while collaborating with technical stakeholders.

Own the transition of outsourced HR operations in-house, including HRIS administration, payroll coordination, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, open enrollment, leave management, compliance, and employee support. Build scalable People processes, automation, reporting, and programs while advising leadership on operational risks and employee relations. The role requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and hands-on experience in lean, fast-growing organizations.

Manage and grow relationships with GPU providers and datacenter operators, source and onboard new compute capacity, negotiate long-term supply agreements, coordinate onboarding with engineering, monitor performance and risks via KPIs, and drive pipeline reporting and sales collateral for provider partnerships.

Build high-fidelity, polished frontend interfaces with attention to visual detail, motion, interaction design, and performance. Partner with product and design to turn ideas into shippable experiences, make scalable frontend architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and grow into broader product ownership.

Lead legal strategy and counsel for a fintech/AI infrastructure startup. Ensure regulatory, financial, and data-privacy compliance (AML/KYC, GDPR, potential CFTC rules). Advise on corporate governance, fundraising (equity and debt), contracts, product compliance, IP protection, litigation and regulatory response. Manage external counsel, legal budgets, and interactions with regulators, and implement company-wide legal policies and training.

As an HPC/GPU Cluster Architect, you will design, architect, and scale GPU clusters, ensuring performance and reliability while automating fleet operations and mentoring junior engineers.
