Lead legal strategy and counsel for a fintech/AI infrastructure startup. Ensure regulatory, financial, and data-privacy compliance (AML/KYC, GDPR, potential CFTC rules). Advise on corporate governance, fundraising (equity and debt), contracts, product compliance, IP protection, litigation and regulatory response. Manage external counsel, legal budgets, and interactions with regulators, and implement company-wide legal policies and training.

Lead and grow a technical customer support function: build runbooks/SOPs/escalation paths, own SLAs and support metrics (CSAT, response and resolution times), coordinate incident response with engineering and datacenter/OEM partners, manage support tooling and AI-enabled automation, and scale coverage and scheduling to keep customers live and loyal.
