Manage recruiting and talent acquisition, modernize People operations, implement effective performance management systems, and enhance employee engagement at SF Compute.

Work directly with large enterprise customers to build and deploy tightly scoped full‑stack integrations and customer-specific APIs. Ship end-to-end solutions, maintain cross-stack technical knowledge, translate customer work into core product improvements, collaborate with GTM, collect requirements, travel occasionally, and serve as primary customer technical contact.

You will lead the build system and CI/CD processes at SFCompute, focusing on improving reproducibility, hermeticity, and speed. Your role includes auditing current systems, migrating to a new build system, ensuring effective CI, and collaborating with teams on new infrastructure developments.
