Own and build SFCompute’s governance, risk, and compliance function. Lead the SOC 2 Type 2 program, drive first-time ISO 27001 certification, establish enterprise risk management, design policies and controls, manage third-party risk, operate Vanta, oversee auditors, and hire and develop the GRC team.

Own full-cycle sales to AI labs, startups, and enterprises buying GPU compute. Hunt and qualify leads, negotiate contracts, run demos and POCs, forecast and manage CRM, and represent the company at industry events while collaborating with technical stakeholders.

Own the transition of outsourced HR operations in-house, including HRIS administration, payroll coordination, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, open enrollment, leave management, compliance, and employee support. Build scalable People processes, automation, reporting, and programs while advising leadership on operational risks and employee relations. The role requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and hands-on experience in lean, fast-growing organizations.
