Designs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots Cisco-based enterprise wired, wireless, security, voice, VPN, and data center networks. Leads airport infrastructure modernization projects, including terminal wireless upgrades and construction buildouts. Manages Cisco Catalyst Center, ISE, firewalls, and ACI; monitors performance, applies updates, performs root-cause analysis, and develops documentation and standards. Supports disaster recovery, security audits, vulnerability assessments, on-call operations, vendors, and stakeholders. Regularly drives Airport Authority vehicles across the airport campus.

Coordinates procurement contracts, records, approvals, workflows, and documentation. Maintains accurate files and logs in SharePoint and related systems, analyzes procurement data, develops reports, researches questions with departments and vendors, identifies discrepancies and trends, and supports process improvement, technology use, audit readiness, and special projects. This is an early-career public-sector procurement role with opportunities to learn contracts, systems, data, and airport operations.
