Lead design, implementation, and modernization of enterprise campus and data center networks for the airport. Manage Cisco-based routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, ACI, and network security. Provide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, documentation, and project leadership for infrastructure buildouts, upgrades, and disaster recovery. Participate in on-call rotations and operate Authority vehicles to access secure airfield areas.

The Director oversees terminal revenue strategies, ensuring commercial success while enhancing passenger experience during redevelopment. Responsible for revenue management, policy alignment, and team leadership.
