The Logistics Innovation Project Specialist supports logistics operations lifecycle, from proposal development to system stabilization and user training, driving innovations in process optimization and system enhancements.

Analyzes transportation, carrier, market, and historical pricing data to develop profitable customer pricing recommendations. Supports RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes; sources and negotiates with carriers; evaluates transportation costs, capacity, and market trends; maintains pricing models and vendor records; and prepares reports and dashboards. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance, using Excel, SAP, TMS, and related tools to improve procurement, pricing accuracy, and bid turnaround.

Serves as the primary in-house legal advisor, guiding executives on corporate governance, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, risk management, and business strategy. Negotiates transportation, logistics, technology, vendor, and customer agreements; manages outside counsel and disputes; develops compliance programs; and partners with U.S., Canadian, and global teams. Leads and mentors the internal legal function while supporting scalable operations and minimizing enterprise risk.

Supports logistics pricing, warehouse cost modeling, transportation and 3PL sourcing, and RFI/RFP/RFQ processes. Develops bid comparisons, financial models, lease analyses, vendor evaluations, and business cases. Coordinates warehouse real estate transactions, sourcing initiatives, operational planning, and strategic projects across cross-functional teams. Builds Excel tools, dashboards, and performance metrics to improve pricing, procurement, cost optimization, and decision-making.

Support full procurement lifecycle for contracting and contingent workforce: partner with hiring managers, process contracts and invoices, manage vendor relationships, coordinate candidate screenings and interviews, maintain procurement systems, and ensure compliance with policies.

Manages and supports WMS, TMS, Cello, and related logistics systems for warehouse and transportation operations. Troubleshoots issues, administers data and user access, translates business needs into system requirements, coordinates enhancements, and leads testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support. Develops documentation and training, supports EDI/API integrations, and collaborates with operations, IT, development teams, vendors, and global stakeholders to improve logistics system performance and efficiency.

Conduct web application security assessments, vulnerability testing, and remediation validation for company and customer-facing applications. Manage application security assets, analyze vulnerabilities, distinguish false positives, and track findings through resolution. Provide secure coding guidance and developer training, prepare assessment documentation, and collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, business, and customer teams to improve application security.

Supports employee relations, HR operations, benefits and leave administration, onboarding, payroll changes, compliance, employee records, HR projects, and organizational initiatives. Coaches managers, coordinates orientation, partners with Talent Acquisition, and serves as the local HR presence for the Plano headquarters. Requires strong knowledge of employment law, HRIS proficiency, confidentiality, communication, and independent handling of employee relations matters.

Provide onsite SAP MM support at a large manufacturing facility: maintain material/vendor master data, troubleshoot interfaces with legacy systems, lead MM project workstreams, support month/year-end closings, document processes, deliver training, and propose process improvements and automation.

Provides in-house legal support for technology and commercial transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating service agreements and statements of work, advising business teams on technology services and privacy laws, supporting Finance, Marketing, and HR, assisting with corporate governance and filings, conducting legal research, managing special projects, and preparing reports for headquarters.

Manage and secure enterprise relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle). Ensure performance, availability, backups, disaster recovery, and capacity planning. Implement encryption (TDE, column/tablespace encryption), KMS/HSM integration, access controls, masking/tokenization, and auditing for PII. Collaborate with security and compliance teams and support incident response and query/schema optimization.

The Senior Director of Managed Cloud Services will architect the cloud ecosystem strategy, lead multi-cloud operations, drive financial accountability, and cultivate partnerships with hyperscalers to enhance business growth and operational excellence.

Provide in-house legal counsel on technology and SaaS transactions, vendor risk and privacy, and employment law matters. Draft, negotiate, and audit commercial contracts (SaaS, MSAs, SOWs); advise HR on hiring, performance, terminations, policies, and investigations; collaborate with finance, compliance, and IT/security; support strategic initiatives, leadership, and special projects including restructurings and international expansion.
