Supports RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes; sources and negotiates with carriers; evaluates transportation costs, capacity, and market trends; maintains pricing models and vendor records; and prepares reports and dashboards. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance, using Excel, SAP, TMS, and related tools to improve procurement, pricing accuracy, and bid turnaround.
