Partners with Sales to discover customer needs, design tailored technical solutions, deliver product demonstrations and architecture reviews, and support deal strategy. Translates complex business requirements into business value and actionable capabilities for industrial manufacturing and distribution customers. Builds trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders while collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing. Provides thought leadership, advocates for customer needs, and uses consultative problem-solving to drive adoption, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers throughout the post-sale lifecycle, driving product adoption, business value, ROI, retention, and satisfaction. Develop joint success plans, conduct executive business reviews, track customer health and usage metrics, document feedback in Salesforce, and support digital shelf program execution. Collaborate with sales, professional services, product, and marketing teams while identifying expansion opportunities and resolving complex customer situations.

Build and maintain R&D KPIs, datasets, metrics, and reporting that support company decisions. Partner with product, engineering, UX, Data Platform, and business teams to define measurable outcomes, improve data quality, document metric definitions, and create reusable data products. Use SQL and systems thinking to trace data from source systems through reporting, recommend actions, and demonstrate business impact across R&D, Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Finance.

Lead product design for the GDSN team, create end-to-end B2B SaaS experiences, conduct user research, collaborate with PMs and engineers, use AI to scale design, and maintain/design within a design system to deliver enterprise-grade UX.

Perform outbound prospecting as the first point of contact to create awareness and qualify leads for Salsify's CommerceXM. Use sales best practices and tools, log activity in Salesforce, collaborate with Account Executives on territory strategy, and follow up on marketing-generated leads to build a convertible pipeline.

Work with the Platform Owner to translate go-to-market needs into AI-augmented internal tools: gather requirements, write functional and technical specs, define acceptance criteria, coordinate AI-assisted implementation, run automated quality checks, enforce architecture and design standards, and keep system documentation current while collaborating across US and EMEA stakeholders.

Lead B2B content strategy and editorial for industrial ecommerce: produce deeply researched thought leadership, whitepapers, blogs, video scripts, and SEO/AEO-optimized assets; conduct executive interviews; measure content performance and optimize for pipeline and revenue impact.

Provide high-quality technical multi-channel support, triage and reproduce complex data/workflow issues, escalate appropriately, mentor teammates, participate in on-call rotations, contribute to knowledge documentation and product feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the Salsify platform and customer outcomes.

Provide first-line technical support in French and English for Salsify's SupplierXM platform across email, phone, chat, and ticketing. Troubleshoot HTML, APIs, logs, networking and system-architecture issues, escalate appropriately, contribute to knowledge documentation, mentor teammates, and help improve processes while meeting KPIs and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Support GTM and Services operations by coordinating services capacity and staffing in Kimble, triaging GTM requests, maintaining SOPs and knowledge bases, and preparing routine reports and operational summaries using Google Sheets and core GTM tools. Act as a cross-functional liaison between Sales, Marketing, Global Services, and Revenue Operations.

Support Sales, Finance, and Legal by reviewing and approving complex orders, building and managing Salesforce quotes, enforcing booking policy, resolving escalations, and driving quote-to-cash improvements to maximize revenue and reduce friction.
