Lead B2B content strategy and editorial for industrial ecommerce: produce deeply researched thought leadership, whitepapers, blogs, video scripts, and SEO/AEO-optimized assets; conduct executive interviews; measure content performance and optimize for pipeline and revenue impact.

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you'll develop infrastructure solutions for scalability and security, collaborate with software teams, and maintain services like monitoring and alerting.

Provide high-quality technical multi-channel support, triage and reproduce complex data/workflow issues, escalate appropriately, mentor teammates, participate in on-call rotations, contribute to knowledge documentation and product feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the Salsify platform and customer outcomes.

Support GTM and Services operations by coordinating services capacity and staffing in Kimble, triaging GTM requests, maintaining SOPs and knowledge bases, and preparing routine reports and operational summaries using Google Sheets and core GTM tools. Act as a cross-functional liaison between Sales, Marketing, Global Services, and Revenue Operations.

Lead development and execution of B2B social media strategy to drive brand awareness, community growth, and lead generation. Manage LinkedIn and other channels, content calendar, community engagement, executive thought leadership, social listening, SSO, and performance measurement. Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, video, and paid teams to produce multimedia content and optimize campaigns.

Support Sales and Customer Success by maintaining GTM systems, qualifying leads, managing CRM data hygiene, coordinating field marketing/events, executing LinkedIn social, and assisting QBRs to drive pipeline and conversion.

Lead and scale global talent acquisition by translating business priorities into hiring strategy, developing and coaching recruiters, partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, improving hiring practices and candidate experience, using data and AI to optimize recruiting, and managing external search partners and employer branding.

Support Sales, Finance, and Legal by reviewing and approving complex orders, building and managing Salesforce quotes, enforcing booking policy, resolving escalations, and driving quote-to-cash improvements to maximize revenue and reduce friction.

The Product Manager for AI Productivity will identify, prioritize, and implement AI-driven initiatives, focusing on improving operational efficiency at Salsify.

Support internal teams and customers to implement and maintain the SupplierXM data model, drive platform adoption and expansion, coordinate releases and communications, troubleshoot production data-model/configuration issues with Support and R&D, and improve operational efficiency through tooling and processes.
