Build and manage strategic relationships with system integrators, ISVs, technology partners, industry associations, and buying groups. Recruit, onboard, enable, and nurture partners while developing ecosystem strategy for B2B manufacturing and distribution. Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, co-selling, integrations, market credibility, and repeat partnership motions. Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Industry Strategy, Services, and Enablement. Represent Salsify at partner offices, webinars, and industry events.

Partner with R&D leaders on performance management, succession planning, career development, engagement, employee relations, and change management. Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding business and organizational dynamics, identifying root causes, surfacing organizational themes, and recommending solutions. Collaborate with Organizational Development and the People Experience team on leader enablement and improving employee experiences.

Partners with Sales to discover customer needs, design tailored technical solutions, deliver product demonstrations and architecture reviews, and support deal strategy. Translates complex business requirements into business value and actionable capabilities for industrial manufacturing and distribution customers. Builds trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders while collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing. Provides thought leadership, advocates for customer needs, and uses consultative problem-solving to drive adoption, growth, and customer satisfaction.
