Develop and maintain resilient Kotlin/Java payment microservices using Spring Boot. Design end-to-end payment flows, integrate banks and payment providers, handle failures, and build reliable APIs, SDKs, and frameworks. Own and build Salmon Bank’s credit administration function, covering loan documentation, disbursement controls, billing, repayment, collateral perfection and safekeeping, and credit-file maintenance. Lead the team, establish clear processes and ownership, ensure audit readiness, partner with Credit, Risk, and Legal, and report performance and risks to senior governance committees. The role requires banking credit administration leadership, regulatory knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience scaling a function.

Monitor BSP circulars, AMLC advisories, consultations, and other regulatory issuances; assess their impact on banking products and operations; support regulatory submissions, license applications, supervisory responses, examinations, obligations tracking, and remediation plans. Coordinate implementation with business units, review customer disclosures for compliance, maintain regulatory records, and assist Compliance leadership with regulator engagement.

Supports the bank’s business continuity and operational resilience program by maintaining frameworks, coordinating impact analyses and risk assessments, reviewing recovery plans, conducting resilience exercises, tracking corrective actions, supporting incident response, preparing regulatory reports, training stakeholders, and reporting resilience metrics to senior management and the Board.
