Own full-cycle HR support for a distributed, multi-country workforce, including onboarding, employee relations, contracts, offboarding, benefits, and coordination with EOR and PEO providers. Lead HR automation and process-improvement initiatives, maintain accurate audit-ready records, support HRIS optimization, and serve as the primary contact for employee and manager questions across jurisdictions.

Build and maintain React and Next.js interfaces across multiple financial products. Develop reusable components for a shared design system, integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, optimize performance and bundle size, write unit and integration tests, and contribute to code reviews and frontend engineering best practices.

Oversee independent credit administration controls from loan disbursement through closure. Validate approved terms, documentation, authorities, and regulatory conditions; authorize disbursements; ensure accurate loan booking and reconciliation; safeguard collateral records; monitor covenants and exceptions; administer settlements and collateral releases; and support regulatory reporting and examinations.

Gather, validate, and structure cloud infrastructure requirements across engineering, architecture, product, and business stakeholders. Document current and target-state processes, system interactions, architecture decisions, dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria. Translate business needs into technical specifications, diagrams, use cases, and implementation-ready tasks while maintaining infrastructure and platform documentation. The role also establishes a formal analytical function for cloud infrastructure and internal platform initiatives.

Analyze and document business and system requirements for payment flows; design and configure Payment Gate solutions; define integrations with Corebanking, CRM, and third-party APIs; produce BPMN, sequence, and data-mapping documentation; perform integration testing and troubleshooting; collaborate with developers and stakeholders; provide user training and ongoing support to ensure stable, high-performance payment processing.

Owns information security risk management, control assurance, and ISO 27001 ISMS governance across a regulated fintech group. Responsibilities include maintaining risk and control registers, assessing control design and effectiveness, testing evidence, tracking remediation, defining security metrics, and preparing governance reporting. The role partners closely with the Group CISO and control owners to challenge risk assessments, manage residual risk, and maintain security policies, exceptions, and compliance documentation.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, ambiguity management, and fluency in Russian while being based outside Russia and Belarus.

Own end-to-end QA for Creatio-based systems, testing web applications, APIs, databases, backend services, integrations, and business rules. Perform manual and automated testing, design and maintain test cases, extend Kotlin-based API automation, validate data with SQL, analyze logs and defects, and collaborate with engineering, product, DevOps, and business teams throughout the SDLC.

Own end-to-end localization of marketing, website, product, and support content into Tagalog and Cebuano. Set Filipino-language quality standards, maintain glossaries and style guides, review content, make culturally appropriate localization decisions, and partner with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to manage priorities and delivery.

The QA Engineer will test ATM acquiring and payment-processing platforms across APIs, ISO 8583 messages, middleware, HSM/RKL, fraud, and core banking integrations. Responsibilities include designing and executing functional, integration, regression, UAT, certification, and release tests; automating API tests; validating transaction lifecycles and data; managing defects and documentation; coordinating external certifications; and monitoring production stability. The role requires strong payment-domain knowledge, SQL, test automation, CI/CD familiarity, and experience with complex fintech integrations.

Lead delivery of a licensed acquiring processing platform (starting with ATM acquiring), owning integrations with processors, HSMs, schemes, middleware, and core banking. Own the end-to-end supply chain for a distributed network of 7,000 partner stores in the Philippines.
