Provide high-level executive support: manage inbox and calendar, prepare daily executive briefings, monitor freight/logistics, perform NetSuite data entry and research, coordinate projects and SOPs, and act as a trusted extension of the executive to reduce administrative burden and improve decision visibility.

Lead internal and client projects end-to-end: plan schedules, allocate resources, track milestones, manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, maintain documentation, report status, and drive process improvements.

Manage and maintain EDI/file-based integrations, configure and test EDI maps and interfaces, troubleshoot file failures and data discrepancies, coordinate client onboarding and upgrades, and collaborate with operations and engineering to improve file transfer performance and automation.

Support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, leave and contract administration, HR reporting, employee queries, training logistics, and process improvement using HR systems and digital tools.

Lead end-to-end NetSuite architecture and implementations, translating finance and operational requirements into scalable, compliant solutions. Oversee SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, integrations, configurations, governance, and audit/SOX readiness while advising US clients and coordinating with Finance, Operations, and Engineering.

Provide executive support to two senior leaders, coordinate marketing content and email campaigns, manage CRM and KPI trackers, prepare presentations and reports, schedule and organize travel and meetings, and use AI tools to streamline research, content drafting, and workflows.
