Collaborates with product managers, designers, data engineers, and developers to deliver secure, reliable, high-performing solutions.

Support a senior executive by managing communications, calendars, briefings, travel documentation, process documentation, logistics monitoring, data-entry projects, and business research. The role filters and prioritizes information, tracks freight and customs exceptions, coordinates with suppliers and internal teams, maintains business records, and drives follow-through across initiatives. Success requires strong organization, commercial awareness, business writing, discretion, analytical ability, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, ERP, and project-management tools.

Lead end-to-end NetSuite architecture and implementations, translating finance and operational requirements into scalable, compliant solutions. Oversee SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, integrations, configurations, governance, and audit/SOX readiness while advising US clients and coordinating with Finance, Operations, and Engineering.

Provide high-level administrative support to C-level executives including calendar and travel management, preparing correspondence and presentations, organizing meetings and events, handling confidential communications, maintaining filing systems, and executing ad hoc projects.
