Independently manages technical and operational projects from kickoff through completion. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring timelines and deliverables, communicating with stakeholders, managing risks and escalations, maintaining documentation, reporting project status, improving processes, and conducting post-project reviews. The role requires ownership of project outcomes, strong organization, effective communication, and experience leading technology-driven initiatives using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Support a senior executive by managing communications, calendars, briefings, travel documentation, process documentation, logistics monitoring, data-entry projects, and business research. The role filters and prioritizes information, tracks freight and customs exceptions, coordinates with suppliers and internal teams, maintains business records, and drives follow-through across initiatives. Success requires strong organization, commercial awareness, business writing, discretion, analytical ability, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, ERP, and project-management tools.

Lead end-to-end NetSuite architecture and implementations, translating finance and operational requirements into scalable, compliant solutions. Oversee SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, integrations, configurations, governance, and audit/SOX readiness while advising US clients and coordinating with Finance, Operations, and Engineering.
