Design, develop, maintain, and support web applications, integrations, automation workflows, and AI-enabled tools. Build features, fix bugs, troubleshoot production issues, participate in testing and deployment, and write maintainable code. Collaborate with developers, business users, and stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions. Contribute to code reviews, documentation, process improvement, and responsible uses of automation and AI while taking ownership of assigned work with moderate independence.

Support a senior executive by managing inboxes and calendars, preparing daily briefings, coordinating travel and documentation, monitoring freight and customs activity, resolving logistics exceptions, maintaining NetSuite and other business records, conducting research, and tracking projects and workflows. The role requires proactive prioritization, strong communication, confidentiality, commercial awareness, and increasing ownership of executive information management.

Support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, leave and contract administration, HR reporting, employee queries, training logistics, and process improvement using HR systems and digital tools.
