Leads Salesforce’s human-AI collaboration and workforce transformation strategy. Conducts research on AI-augmented work, applies HCI and cognitive science to design effective workflows, develops job redesign frameworks, partners with senior leaders on organizational change, and drives enterprise-wide adoption, learning, adaptability, and employee development.

Supports internal investigations from intake through closure, researching misconduct and policy violations, documenting evidence and findings, managing case records, analyzing trends, and reporting metrics to leadership. Collaborates with Employee Relations, Legal, Employee Success, and other teams while handling sensitive information, urgent requests, and confidential cases with sound judgment and discretion.

Manage and grow large enterprise federal civilian accounts, particularly EPA-related customers, by selling Salesforce’s platform. Build relationships with stakeholders and executives, develop account and territory plans, coordinate internal sales resources, prospect and qualify opportunities, manage pipelines, and consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas through solution selling.
