Lead the design and operation of Salesforce and Qualified’s data platform, including data models, ETL pipelines, event streaming, analytics infrastructure, APIs, and enterprise-scale data flows. Establish data quality standards, observability, and reliability practices while delivering complex initiatives from design through production. Partner with product and engineering leadership, mentor engineers, and shape architecture for AI-powered products requiring fresh, trustworthy data.

Develop and execute brand and visual design across marketing, digital, social, events, experiential experiences, presentations, and brand identity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency, own creative projects and campaigns, present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and evolve design systems and toolkits. Use AI-enabled tools and creative software to improve workflows and storytelling while maintaining high-quality, detailed work.

Lead end-to-end development and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic enterprise customers. Design agent logic, tool calls, orchestration, guardrails, integrations, data pipelines, and performance dashboards across Salesforce and third-party platforms. Resolve complex deployment issues, build proofs of concept, establish reusable engineering patterns, mentor engineers, advise customers, and provide product roadmap feedback. The role requires strong software engineering, Salesforce, AI, data, customer communication, and Italian and English language skills.
