Build advanced Clay enrichment workflows, intent-based targeting systems, API and automation integrations, AI-assisted prospecting workflows, and email deliverability infrastructure. Partner with strategists to improve campaigns and performance, establish technical standards, document processes, test emerging GTM technologies, troubleshoot complex systems, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

Develop and distribute viral B2B content across LinkedIn, X and other channels; create ad copy and creatives; run paid ad campaigns; write landing page copy for CRO; produce case studies, lead magnets and webinars to generate qualified leads.

Build and manage automated outbound revenue systems across client accounts. Architect Clay workflows, enrich and validate lead data, define ICPs and TAMs, implement intent-based triggers, connect tools through n8n, Make.com, and Zapier, and create AI-personalized outreach. Integrate APIs and lightweight Python or JavaScript scripts when needed, brief strategists, improve data quality, and evaluate emerging GTM technologies.

The GTM Strategy Lead will manage outbound strategy, train campaign managers, optimize campaigns, and communicate with clients for performance insights.
