Manages demand and supply forecasting, inventory targets, procurement, purchase orders, and S&OP activities for a vegetable portfolio. Produces statistical forecasts, KPI reports, and supply status updates while improving planning processes and ensuring master data and BOM accuracy.

Build and lead corporate communications across three subsidiaries and countries. Develop strategy, governance, editorial processes, employee and executive communications, change and crisis messaging, town halls, brand implementation, intranet and digital channel infrastructure, and measurement programs. Write and publish communications, manage vendors and stakeholders, administer Microsoft 365 channels and content libraries, support multilingual engagement, and use analytics and feedback to improve reach, understanding, adoption, and employee engagement.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President and Director of IT, including calendar and travel management, communications, meeting preparation, confidential information handling, budget and KPI reporting, governance documentation, stakeholder coordination, compliance support, and process improvement. The role also supports executive leadership teams, board communications, strategic planning, and corporate administration initiatives.

Provides comprehensive executive administrative support for Research and Development, Ornamentals, and corporate leaders. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, communications, meeting preparation, confidential information handling, budget and CAPEX reporting, governance and board materials, stakeholder coordination, KPI tracking, compliance support, and process improvement. The role requires discretion, strong organization, analytical ability, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and periodic travel.

Supports month-end close through journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany accounting, financial reporting, tax and compliance filings, audit support, and internal control documentation. The role requires strong general ledger and technical accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, accuracy under deadlines, and collaboration across the organization. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required; CPA licensure is preferred.

Provides high-level administrative support to Human Resources and Finance leaders, including calendar and travel management, communications, meeting coordination, confidential information handling, budget and CAPEX reporting, governance documentation, KPI tracking, stakeholder relations, and compliance support. The role also coordinates leadership events, maintains records, supports strategic planning, and improves executive office processes while managing sensitive information with discretion and autonomy.

Manage and maintain enterprise networks, servers, operating systems, security infrastructure, and communications across regional locations. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, mitigate threats, maintain documentation, manage equipment, and lead network projects. Configure and support Microsoft systems, virtualization, cloud access, networking, endpoint protection, backups, and mobile devices. Collaborate with IT teams and leadership, support compliance requirements, and provide reliable, customer-focused technical service.

Designs, builds, and maintains production-grade data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, data models, and enterprise data platforms. Integrates databases, APIs, files, and third-party systems using Microsoft Fabric and related technologies. Ensures data quality, security, governance, monitoring, performance, and operational reliability. Collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver sustainable data solutions, document architectures, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement.
