Manages demand and supply forecasting, inventory targets, procurement, purchase orders, and S&OP activities for a vegetable portfolio. Collaborates with sales, finance, customer service, product management, supply planning, and vendors to align forecasts, manage supply constraints, support new product launches, and maintain product lifecycle and inventory plans. Produces statistical forecasts, KPI reports, and supply status updates while improving planning processes and ensuring master data and BOM accuracy.

Build and lead corporate communications across three subsidiaries and countries. Develop strategy, governance, editorial processes, employee and executive communications, change and crisis messaging, town halls, brand implementation, intranet and digital channel infrastructure, and measurement programs. Write and publish communications, manage vendors and stakeholders, administer Microsoft 365 channels and content libraries, support multilingual engagement, and use analytics and feedback to improve reach, understanding, adoption, and employee engagement.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President and Director of IT, including calendar and travel management, communications, meeting preparation, confidential information handling, budget and KPI reporting, governance documentation, stakeholder coordination, compliance support, and process improvement. The role also supports executive leadership teams, board communications, strategic planning, and corporate administration initiatives.
