Partner with academic and operational leaders to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting; analyze results and program costing; provide policy guidance, operational support, and process improvements; mentor Financial Analysts and ensure accurate, timely consolidated reporting and decision support.

Lead and coordinate academic quality initiatives across the program lifecycle, develop and implement quality frameworks and policies, coach and train faculty and staff, support data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement, manage reporting and compliance for accreditation and regulatory requirements, and engage stakeholders to build institutional quality capacity.

Lead HRIS strategy, architecture, implementation and integrations; manage workforce analytics, reporting, and data governance; mentor staff; collaborate with IT and Finance to ensure reliable, secure HR systems supporting the employee lifecycle and institutional priorities.

Lead HR reporting and analytics by translating business needs into technical requirements, improving HR processes, and delivering dashboards and insights. Support HR system configuration and integrations, data governance, stakeholder engagement, and projects through analysis, testing, and implementation to enhance HR operations and decision-making.

Casual Minor Officials support SAIT athletic events with spectator engagement, ticketing, scorekeeping, broadcasting/production, digital content, game statistics/film management, setup/takedown, and fan relations. Role includes social media promotion, photography/graphics, announcing/DJ duties, and other event support. Requires Grade 12, sports participation, customer service experience, local travel within Calgary, and availability evenings/weekends. First Aid/CPR and sport certifications are assets; media, broadcast, or event experience preferred.

Coordinate all course logistics for Health, Manufacturing, and Hospitality portfolios: scheduling, vendor/material management, instructor resources, room bookings, travel, and data integrity. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders, support process improvement, uphold policies and safety, and ensure timely course readiness.

Lead and support SAIT Trojans athletic events by managing spectator engagement, ticketing, game statistics, broadcasting/production logistics, digital media, setup/takedown, and front- and back-of-house event duties. Coordinate pre-participation training/certifications and create promotional content while supervising game-day roles such as scorekeeping, timekeeping, announcing, video, and mascot management.
