The role provides data-driven insights, identifies financial risks and opportunities, collaborates with Finance Business Partners and operational stakeholders, and supports consolidated financial activities. Responsibilities also include process improvement, automation, reporting consistency, compliance with financial policies, and customer-focused financial support.

Provides procurement administration and order coordination for two schools. Responsibilities include preparing requisitions and purchase orders, obtaining quotations, tracking deliveries and discrepancies, maintaining vendor and purchasing records, monitoring inventory, coordinating replenishment, reconciling receiving documentation, and supporting reporting and special purchasing projects.

Provides administrative support for health and public safety curriculum and quality processes. Responsibilities include implementing course changes, maintaining records and templates, loading learning-management-system resources, supporting accreditation documentation, preparing reports, verifying records, tracking action items, and communicating with staff. The role also manages filing systems, requisitions, documentation control, and related administrative tasks while developing proficiency in institutional software.

Review and modernize SAIT’s Industrial Instrumentation Certificate through comprehensive curriculum and market analysis. Identify outdated content, skill gaps, emerging technologies, appropriate software and simulation tools, and recommended courses or modules. Develop learning outcomes, practical activities, assessments, and training recommendations aligned with industrial instrumentation, automation, process control, AI, IIoT, safety, and workforce needs. Collaborate with colleagues and subject matter experts while managing deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication.

Maintains and repairs welding laboratory equipment, demonstration systems, tools, and mechanical components. Controls inventory, stocks consumables and weld coupons, supports instructors, researches equipment specifications, and follows workplace health and safety requirements. The role also requires physical activity, a Class 5 driver’s license, strong communication and organization skills, and willingness to complete required safety and welding-section training.

Act as Finance liaison to HR leading workforce analytics, compensation reporting, and position control. Provide labour cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and guidance on collective bargaining and legislative changes. Develop and automate workforce analytics and reporting tools to support strategic workforce planning and data-driven decision-making.

Lead and support SAIT Trojans athletic events by managing spectator engagement, ticketing, game statistics, broadcasting/production logistics, digital media, setup/takedown, and front- and back-of-house event duties. Coordinate pre-participation training/certifications and create promotional content while supervising game-day roles such as scorekeeping, timekeeping, announcing, video, and mascot management.

Casual Minor Officials support SAIT athletic events with spectator engagement, ticketing, scorekeeping, broadcasting/production, digital content, game statistics/film management, setup/takedown, and fan relations. Role includes social media promotion, photography/graphics, announcing/DJ duties, and other event support. Requires Grade 12, sports participation, customer service experience, local travel within Calgary, and availability evenings/weekends. First Aid/CPR and sport certifications are assets; media, broadcast, or event experience preferred.

Support faculty by maintaining, repairing, and preparing instructional equipment and lab environments for the School of Transportation. Manage inventory, tooling, consumables, and parts; fabricate training aids; perform maintenance to OEM standards on welding equipment, engines, and transmissions; provide technical support, supervise maintenance work or contractors, and follow safety regulations and procedures.
