Support project managers coordinating applied research projects; prepare and execute lab tests; maintain and repair equipment; manage inventory; document experimental designs and outcomes; produce project reports; perform other duties to support CIRAMM research objectives.

Act as Finance liaison to HR leading workforce analytics, compensation reporting, and position control. Provide labour cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and guidance on collective bargaining and legislative changes. Develop and automate workforce analytics and reporting tools to support strategic workforce planning and data-driven decision-making.

Set up and maintain aircraft, training aids, hangar, labs and equipment; manage tool/equipment inventory and shipping (including dangerous goods); perform routine aircraft and ground support equipment maintenance; organize hangar operations; liaise with contractors; support student orientation and industry events.
