Partner with academic and operational leaders to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting; analyze results and program costing; provide policy guidance, operational support, and process improvements; mentor Financial Analysts and ensure accurate, timely consolidated reporting and decision support.

Lead and coordinate academic quality initiatives across the program lifecycle, develop and implement quality frameworks and policies, coach and train faculty and staff, support data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement, manage reporting and compliance for accreditation and regulatory requirements, and engage stakeholders to build institutional quality capacity.

Lead HRIS strategy, architecture, implementation and integrations; manage workforce analytics, reporting, and data governance; mentor staff; collaborate with IT and Finance to ensure reliable, secure HR systems supporting the employee lifecycle and institutional priorities.
