Leads work-integrated learning and practicum operations across health and public safety programs. Manages placement systems, learner compliance, industry partnerships, stakeholder engagement, reporting, accreditation support, and continuous improvement. Provides strategic guidance to faculty and students, develops WIL policies and resources, supports preceptors, advances interprofessional education, and oversees initiatives that improve placement capacity, learner outcomes, and workforce development.

Provides administrative and program support for transportation programs, including student communications, admissions tracking, records management, scheduling, reporting, stakeholder inquiries, faculty support, events, supplies, and special projects. Maintains institutional systems and confidential documentation while coordinating meetings, onboarding, expenses, communications, and campus activities.

Act as Finance liaison to HR leading workforce analytics, compensation reporting, and position control. Provide labour cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and guidance on collective bargaining and legislative changes. Develop and automate workforce analytics and reporting tools to support strategic workforce planning and data-driven decision-making.
