Designs, deploys, operates, and troubleshoots enterprise Cisco and Palo Alto firewall, switching, wireless, routing, VPN, SD-WAN, and SASE infrastructure. Responsibilities include incident escalation, rule-base optimization, network segmentation, change management, vulnerability and patch cycles, audit support, documentation, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires extensive L3 network security experience and ownership of managed firewall environments.

Owns the design, deployment, operation, and troubleshooting of enterprise firewall, switching, wireless, routing, VPN, and secure access infrastructure. Manages Cisco and Palo Alto environments, resolves complex L3 incidents, maintains segmentation and Zero Trust controls, supports change, vulnerability, patch, and audit activities, and mentors junior engineers. The role also contributes to architecture decisions, documentation, and client-facing technical engagements.

Configure and implement Saviynt Identity Governance solutions, including application integrations, identity lifecycle management, account and entitlement aggregation, workflow administration, and automation. Troubleshoot IGA incidents, monitor platform performance, document operational procedures, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. Ensure solutions align with security and regulatory requirements while supporting L1 analysts, users, and application owners.
