Serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, vendors, and guests. Answers and directs incoming calls, distributes mail, manages correspondence, responds to questions, assists residents at the front desk, and performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and organization. Requires professional presentation, flexible availability, computer proficiency, and dedication to supporting elderly residents.

Provides direct nursing care to long-term-care residents, including assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, and coordination with other healthcare professionals. Maintains professional and regulatory standards within the scope of licensure and supports quality resident outcomes. Requires Missouri LPN licensure, nursing-school graduation, basic computer skills, background and drug screening, and employment authorization documentation. Long-term-care experience is preferred.
