Lead and develop a customer success team to drive retention, satisfaction, and operational excellence. Oversee daily operations, set and monitor KPIs, coach and train staff, manage escalations, analyze customer data, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure consistent documentation and CRM usage. Support payments, loyalty program setup, collections, and cross-selling while maintaining high morale and onsite presence.

Owns monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; prepares financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and management reporting. Maintains GAAP-compliant internal controls and accounting policies, oversees general ledger, inventory, fixed assets, and cost accounting, and mentors the accounting team. Partners on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management; coordinates audits and tax filings; manages multi-state sales tax compliance; and supports ERP improvements, automation, and financial analysis.

Provide strategic and day-to-day HR support to client accounts: advise on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and compliance; develop policies, handbooks, and SOPs; conduct HR audits; support recruiting, onboarding, and employee development; build client relationships and travel locally 2-4 days per week.

Own and grow a portfolio of institutional and commercial accounts as primary relationship owner. Develop account plans, identify upsell opportunities, negotiate contracts, forecast performance, resolve escalations across teams, represent the company at events, mentor junior team members, and track industry trends to drive retention and growth.

Support daily production operations by performing quality inspections, coordinating schedules, managing inventory and work orders, using NetSuite and Excel, and assisting with warehouse, shipping, and fulfillment tasks to ensure efficient workflow and product quality.
