Provide strategic and day-to-day HR support to client accounts: advise on employee relations, conduct investigations, manage performance, support recruiting/onboarding, develop policies and SOPs, perform HR audits for compliance, coach leaders, and travel to client sites 2–4 days/week.

Support daily production operations by performing quality inspections, coordinating schedules, managing inventory and work orders, using NetSuite and Excel, and assisting with warehouse, shipping, and fulfillment tasks to ensure efficient workflow and product quality.

Lead and develop a customer success team to drive retention, satisfaction, and operational excellence. Oversee daily operations, set and monitor KPIs, coach and train staff, manage escalations, analyze customer data, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure consistent documentation and CRM usage. Support payments, loyalty program setup, collections, and cross-selling while maintaining high morale and onsite presence.

Manage multi-client payroll processing (regular, off-cycle, bonuses), ensure multi-state tax and wage-hour compliance, reconcile and audit payroll records, advise clients on payroll policies, support onboarding/terminations and benefits coordination, drive process improvements and system implementations, and provide onsite client support 2–4 days weekly.

Manage all HR functions for clients including policy development, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, documentation, and partnering with leadership to support organizational growth and employee development.

Own and grow a portfolio of institutional and commercial B2B accounts. Develop account plans, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, negotiate contracts, forecast performance, resolve escalations, represent the company at events, and mentor junior team members.

Drive new B2B sales and exceed financial targets by prospecting, developing enterprise accounts, managing client relationships, conducting face-to-face reviews, leveraging Salesforce Lightning and marketing tools, and contributing to continuous improvement and team culture.

Own a territory and drive net-new B2B revenue through high-volume outside prospecting (100–150 weekly activities). Sell managed print services, hardware, and workflow solutions; build pipeline, engage decision-makers, manage opportunities in CRM, and represent the company with energy and teamwork.

Manage all HR functions including payroll and benefits administration, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, HRIS data integrity, training and development, leaves administration, and supporting leadership on strategic HR initiatives.

Support the Controller with accounts payable, billing, invoicing, reconciliations, credit card and expense processing, recordkeeping, reporting, and general administrative office duties. Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and customers, and assist with accounting documentation and after-hours calls as needed.
