Sage Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional to join our team!
This person will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of all Human Resource functions for our clients. The selected candidate will also provide general administrative duties with an emphasis on human resources projects including, but not limited to, payroll, benefits, maintaining electronic filing systems, onboarding, etc. The ideal candidate will be able to support organizational growth and employee development while ensuring compliance in all areas of employment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing implementing, maintaining, and training on HR policies
- Directing onboarding, open enrollment, and hiring.
- Managing payroll, benefits, compliance, documentation, filing, etc.
- Partnering with leadership to achieve key strategic plans
REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, HR preferred
- Professional in Human Resources certification preferred (SHRM, PHR, etc)
- Minimum of 2 years HR Assistant/Generalist/Manager (or similar) level experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize
- Flexibility, adaptability, and initiative
BENEFITS:
- Competitive salary range $56,000 - $63,000 plus bonus potential
