Sell enterprise contractor compliance and workforce readiness solutions to large contractors and hiring clients. Build executive relationships, lead discovery and solution discussions, coordinate cross-functionally, manage complex accounts and pipelines, forecast activity, and represent the company at industry events.

Outbound-focused sales role responsible for cold calling and emailing to generate leads, service and upsell accounts, identify client needs, customize product solutions, and meet quota/KPI targets. Maintain CRM records, multitask across technologies, and use negotiation and closing skills to grow revenue and client relationships.

Manage client relationships and contractor compliance accounts using platforms like Avetta, ISNetworld, and Veriforce. Serve as primary client contact, review and maintain compliance documentation, monitor account health, resolve escalations, educate clients on workflows, analyze trends for process improvements, and coordinate with offshore support and internal teams to ensure accurate records and strong compliance outcomes.

Own and optimize CRM, marketing automation, and revenue systems to improve pipeline performance, forecasting, reporting, and customer lifecycle processes. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance, and Leadership to drive automation, data quality, analytics, and insights that increase productivity, retention, and revenue growth.

Maintain and secure IT infrastructure by leading cybersecurity and SOC 2 compliance, managing AWS security, performing vulnerability management and incident response, providing help desk support, and managing lifecycle of hardware and data center operations.
