Produce executive-ready reports, valuations, business cases, and due diligence. Collaborate with underwriting, finance, compliance, and external advisors to identify and advance strategic growth initiatives that drive profitable growth.

Provide administrative support for Premium Audit operations: order and track excess standalone and out-of-state workers' compensation audits, maintain documentation, and communicate with brokers, third-party audit vendors, underwriting, and internal partners. Organize priorities, follow established procedures and service standards, and collaborate with team members to ensure timely, high-quality audit lifecycle completion.

Lead IT Lean Portfolio Management by defining KPIs, building Power BI dashboards, integrating financial metrics, forecasting budgets, prioritizing initiatives, monitoring risks, and optimizing agile tooling to align IT strategy with business value.

Serve as a trusted advisor delivering risk control services: analyze loss data, develop risk management strategies, manage client relationships, collaborate with underwriting and internal teams, lead value-added engagements, and present industry thought leadership to drive retention and profitable growth.
