Lead development, validation, deployment, and optimization of predictive models and analytics. Partner with claims, underwriting, actuarial teams to transform complex datasets into actionable insights, ensure data quality and compliance, and communicate results through visualizations. Advance data science capabilities across the organization.

Administer and improve enterprise AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Claude Enterprise. Configure security, access, licensing, integrations, governance, monitoring, and cost controls. Investigate complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, develop technical standards and runbooks, manage platform initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, and support responsible AI adoption. Collaborate with security, architecture, engineering, governance, and business teams while mentoring junior staff and providing platform guidance.

Serve as a trusted advisor delivering risk control services: analyze loss data, develop risk management strategies, manage client relationships, collaborate with underwriting and internal teams, lead value-added engagements, and present industry thought leadership to drive retention and profitable growth.
