Seeking a Lead Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in software development and 1-2 years in a leadership role, focusing on full-stack development and modernization initiatives in a cloud environment.

Lead development, validation, deployment, and optimization of predictive models and analytics. Partner with claims, underwriting, actuarial teams to transform complex datasets into actionable insights, ensure data quality and compliance, and communicate results through visualizations. Advance data science capabilities across the organization.

Process policy transactions, manage customer requests via phone and email, produce state posting notices, perform data entry, scanning, document distribution, and maintain records. Support day-to-day Account Services operations, collaborate with Claims, Underwriting, and brokers, follow established procedures, and provide accurate, timely customer service in a hybrid onsite role.
