Provide HSE leadership for offshore production operations: conduct audits, incident investigations, risk analyses, emergency drills, Control of Work oversight, and maintain incident records while coordinating waste management and safety communications.

Coordinate and implement HSE management systems for offshore projects, perform hazard and risk assessments, conduct audits and incident investigations, deliver HSE training, advise site teams on regulations and best practices, develop policies and reports, and drive safety culture and compliance.

Ensure onshore and offshore worksites comply with regulations and company safety programs. Conduct risk assessments, inspections, audits, and safety meetings; support incident investigations and reporting; enforce permits (JSA, Hot Work, Confined Space, LOTO); advise site teams and generate management reports. Work rotational assignments and may handle equipment as needed.

Provide field-based HSE leadership for the Preservation & Maintenance Facility: execute and improve OMS/MSW, manage risk, oversee third-party services, emergency management, permits-to-work, OSHA compliance, lead OE assurance (audits, verifications, observations), run safety meetings and stand-downs, coach frontline personnel and contractors toward Incident Free Operations.

Promote and enforce EHS expectations for offshore drilling/completions/construction/pipeline operations. Conduct safety observations, pre-shift meetings, hazard hunts, trainings, incident investigations, contractor compliance reviews, reporting, and corrective-action tracking to ensure regulatory and company safety standards are met.

Provide HSE support for midstream pipeline projects: develop and implement safety programs, perform hazard/risk assessments, conduct audits and inspections, lead incident investigations, ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance, and deliver training and reports to management and customers.

Provide pre-hospital basic life support aboard a boat in inland waters off Louisiana. Perform patient assessment, BLS care per protocols, patient transfer and documentation, equipment checks, basic extrication, radio communications, station duties, and inventory. Position is on a 14/14 schedule based in Cameron, LA; lodging, mileage, and per diem provided.

Provide HSE support for production operations and facilities engineering & construction in the Gulf of America. Manage offshore contractor HSE scheduling and onboarding, incident reporting and investigations, develop and review HSE procedures, conduct contractor audits and assessments, support HAZOPs/PHAs/MOCs/JHAs/JSAs, perform trending analysis, and support HSE training and safety campaigns.

Develop and manage strategic HSE consulting partnerships through relationship-driven business development. Qualify opportunities, engage senior stakeholders, craft customized consulting proposals, manage sales lifecycle, and support account growth. Monitor industry and regulatory trends, collaborate with internal SMEs, and represent the company at events to drive long-term advisory and compliance engagements.

Provide onshore and offshore EHS oversight for drilling, completions, construction, and pipeline operations: monitor contractor compliance, perform site observations, lead hazard hunts, document incidents and corrective actions, deliver safety training and reporting, and support incident investigations and contractor evaluations.

Drive HSE consulting business development by building long-term client partnerships, qualifying opportunities, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating internal teams to deliver customized HSE and regulatory consulting services.
