Teams at Safety Management Systems

Promote and enforce EHS expectations for offshore drilling/completions/construction/pipeline operations. Conduct safety observations, pre-shift meetings, hazard hunts, trainings, incident investigations, contractor compliance reviews, reporting, and corrective-action tracking to ensure regulatory and company safety standards are met.

Office-based safety role managing health, safety, and environmental documentation, permits, OSHA logs, contractor compliance portals, behavior-based safety programs, and safety performance metrics. The position develops JSAs and JHAs, administers hot work, confined space, and LOTO permits, maintains safety dashboards, and supports regulatory compliance. Requires at least two years of petrochemical safety experience and willingness to work rotational assignments.

Receive and audit billing records, confirm payroll time entries, create customer invoices and credit memos, maintain customer files and collections, ensure project and invoice accuracy, generate monthly revenue accruals, and support special billing projects.
