Lead and scale JustCall's commercial sales engine across NA, EMEA, APAC, and ANZ. Own new-business and expansion ARR, build AE and BDR teams, design an outbound-first GTM, manage forecasting, territory planning, pipeline governance, and sales analytics. Close and expand mid-market accounts, partner cross-functionally on GTM strategy and pricing, and instill a metrics-driven, coaching-focused sales culture.

Run discovery to produce scoped problem statements and solution briefs, design end-to-end AI workflows, build credible ROI cases, prototype POCs with engineering, and embed reusable playbooks and patterns into the product while staying accountable for delivered value.

Sell ServiceAgent end-to-end to service business owners: own prospecting, demos, trials, negotiations, and closes; drive inbound and outbound motions using AI and usage signals; run POCs and trial success to convert to paid; maintain CRM hygiene and contribute to GTM playbooks.

Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash: invoicing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution, reconciliations, and month-end close. Improve DSO and cash conversion, strengthen controls, audit AR/revenue processes, scale O2C via process optimization, automation and AI, and partner with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success.

Lead the controllership function owning end-to-end Record to Report: GL management, month/year-end close, multi-entity consolidation, and accounts payable. Ensure audit readiness and compliance, drive AP automation and ERP adoption, manage auditors, and deliver timely, accurate financial statements to support leadership decision-making.
