Lead JustCall's global events program end-to-end—developing revenue-focused roadmaps, executing conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer summits, building scalable playbooks, partnering with Sales and Marketing to drive sourced pipeline and ARR influence, owning event KPIs, and growing an events team.

Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash: invoicing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution, reconciliations, and month-end close. Improve DSO and cash conversion, strengthen controls, audit AR/revenue processes, scale O2C via process optimization, automation and AI, and partner with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success.
