Own JustCall’s global technology and ISV partnerships strategy, including sourcing, negotiating, onboarding, and scaling SaaS ecosystem relationships. Drive integrations, marketplace growth, co-selling, co-marketing, partner enablement, and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue. Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success while establishing KPIs, reporting, attribution, and business reviews to measure customer adoption and commercial impact.

Own a portfolio of SMB and mid-market customers across the customer lifecycle, driving onboarding, product and AI adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and measurable business outcomes. Build executive relationships, monitor customer health, identify risks and growth opportunities, maintain CRM and account data, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve challenges and influence product improvements.

Own end-to-end IT support, including troubleshooting systems, applications, hardware, networks, access management, onboarding, offboarding, laptop provisioning, asset and license management, security compliance, vendor coordination, documentation, automation, and team mentorship.
