Supports the Director by managing business operations, tracking contracts, renewals, licenses, suppliers, and key dates. Prepares renewal and customer-review information, coordinates follow-ups, maintains records, supports decision-making with recommendations, improves operational processes, and ensures action items are completed. The role requires strong organization, communication, judgment, ownership, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving IT managed-services environment.

Provides second-line remote network support across customer environments. Diagnoses and resolves connectivity, routing, switching, wireless, firewall, VPN, and infrastructure issues while meeting SLAs. Configures firewalls, VLANs, routing protocols, and network changes; supports service recovery, incident escalation, documentation, and continual improvement. Works with service desk and technical teams, communicates with customers, and participates in an out-of-hours support rota.

Manage HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, payroll inputs, compliance support, and employee engagement. Oversee office administration, facilities, vendors, inventory, supplies, travel, safety, invoices, expenses, and administrative budgets. Maintain HRMS data, employee records, trackers, and reports while coordinating with employees, hiring managers, service providers, and Finance.
