Role
Summary
Responsible
for the smooth functioning of the office while managing HR operations,
recruitment coordination and administrative activities. The role supports
employee lifecycle management, office infrastructure, stakeholder coordination,
documentation and compliance.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage
and ensure timely closure of all open positions within the defined turnaround
time.
- Coordinate
interviews, candidate communication, hiring-manager coordination and
onboarding.
HR & Administrative Support
- Manage
employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to exit, including documentation,
induction, confirmation, probation and exit formalities.
- Maintain
employee records and HRMS data; coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs,
reimbursements and related HR documentation.
- Handle
employee queries and support HR audits, statutory documentation and compliance.
Data & Documentation
- Maintain
accurate employee and office data, trackers and spreadsheets; prepare basic MIS
reports.
- Maintain
HR and administrative records with confidentiality and ensure timely issuance
of HR letters and documents.
Office Management
- Oversee
day-to-day office operations, infrastructure, utilities, equipment,
housekeeping, pantry, security and transport.
- Manage
office supplies, inventory, assets and consumables; coordinate maintenance,
repairs, vendors and service schedules.
- Coordinate
travel, accommodation, visitor management and workplace safety requirements.
Employee Engagement & L&D
- Coordinate
employee engagement activities, internal communications, celebrations and
training logistics.
- Support
initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee experience.
Communication & Coordination
- Welcome
visitors and clients, handle calls and coordinate information between
departments and stakeholders.
- Maintain
effective coordination with employees, vendors, service providers and hiring
managers.
Financial & Administrative
Assistance
- Support
invoice processing, petty cash management, expense tracking and basic
billing-related activities.
- Monitor
office expenses, administrative budgets and vendor payments in coordination
with Finance.
Vendor, Facility & Compliance
Management
- Manage
facility vendors, monitor service quality, coordinate invoices and ensure
timely renewal of AMCs and service agreements.
- Ensure
adherence to company policies and administrative procedures; support ISO,
internal audits and statutory compliance.

Business Partnering roles.
- Experience
working with HRMS platforms and performance management systems.

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline
- 4-8 years of experience in HR Operations, Administration, Employee Relations, and HR Business Partnering roles
- Experience working with HRMS platforms

- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources
