Manage HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, payroll inputs, compliance support, and employee engagement. Oversee office administration, facilities, vendors, inventory, supplies, travel, safety, invoices, expenses, and administrative budgets. Maintain HRMS data, employee records, trackers, and reports while coordinating with employees, hiring managers, service providers, and Finance.

Build and support production API integrations, automation workflows, data quality controls, and central warehouse or lakehouse solutions. Develop reports and dashboards in Power BI, implement reconciliation and failure monitoring, and gather requirements from finance, sales, and operations. The role also involves AI-assisted workflows, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, data governance, dimensional modelling, incremental loading, and Power BI Service administration.

Provide enterprise VoIP and Unified Communications support, administration, and troubleshooting for 3CX, Webex, Mitel, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, and AudioCodes SBC platforms. Resolve complex incidents, service requests, SIP and voice-quality issues, and maintain SLA compliance. Perform root-cause analysis, support upgrades and migrations, collaborate with carriers and infrastructure teams, maintain documentation, identify automation opportunities, and mentor junior engineers.

Provides first- and second-line support for Microsoft Power Platform applications, troubleshooting incidents, analyzing root causes, and coordinating with developers. Creates and executes functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing; manages defects through resolution. Supports deployments across development, test, UAT, and production environments, including release documentation and post-deployment validation. Contributes to governance, process improvement, deployment automation, and stakeholder communication.

Manages the full lifecycle of infrastructure, cloud, migration, and transformation projects for managed-services clients. Responsibilities include presales support, planning, stakeholder and vendor coordination, risk and scope management, technical oversight, agile delivery, client communication, and project closure. The role also develops PMO processes, templates, and automation, and may be embedded with client teams. Required experience includes IT infrastructure projects, Azure and Microsoft 365 migrations, outsourcing, backup and storage initiatives, and MSP environments.
