Provides 24/7 Level 1 technical support for servers, desktops, firewalls, networks, and cloud services. Handles customer contact by phone and email, troubleshoots and replicates issues, performs impact analysis and initial triage, gathers information for root-cause analysis, provides resolutions or workarounds, and escalates issues to higher-level support or third parties. The role is on-site in Jammu and serves international customers.

Designs, implements, monitors, maintains, and supports enterprise network and server infrastructure. Provides remote and advanced troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, wireless, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network security. Configures multi-vendor platforms, manages incidents and SLAs, performs upgrades and migrations, analyzes packet flow and performance issues, leads service recovery, documents configurations, and identifies automation and process improvements.

Develops and supports Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, portals, integrations, and RPA initiatives. Responsibilities include product enhancement, client customization, requirements analysis, troubleshooting, testing, deployment across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments, release management, technical support, and internal process optimization.

Designs and delivers complex Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations, including tenant-to-tenant and on-premises transitions. Leads Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, identity synchronization, and domain consolidation projects. Troubleshoots infrastructure, compliance, and integration issues; manages cutover planning, post-migration support, customer coordination, automation, and multiple enterprise migration workstreams.

Develop internal and client-facing Power BI reports, gather stakeholder requirements, create statements of work and technical documentation, and build secure financial reporting solutions. Responsibilities include advanced DAX, Power Query, data modeling, SQL, systems integration, Power BI Service administration, and translating finance data into actionable insights. The role requires independent execution, client communication, and expertise in financial dashboards covering P&L, EBITDA, margins, utilization, profitability, and budget variance.

Provides first- and second-line support for Microsoft Power Platform applications, troubleshooting incidents, analyzing root causes, and coordinating with developers. Creates and executes functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing; manages defects through resolution. Supports deployments across development, test, UAT, and production environments, including release documentation and post-deployment validation. Contributes to governance, process improvement, deployment automation, and stakeholder communication.

Own the Halo PSA platform strategy, roadmap, prioritization, governance, and continuous improvement. Lead automation and AI adoption, including ticket triage and intelligent routing, to improve efficiency and reduce manual service desk work. Coordinate external Halo specialists and internal Service Desk, Operations, and Service Management teams to embed platform enhancements into workflows. Measure value realization, cost reduction, scalability, and successful delivery of roadmap initiatives.

Designs, deploys, and supports production AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure, and Microsoft 365. Builds AI agents, automated workflows, integrations, dashboards, and data models while implementing security, governance, compliance, Purview, and DLP controls. Collaborates with stakeholders, documents solutions, supports testing and deployment, and drives continuous improvement.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and candidate pipelines. Maintain recruitment and employee databases, prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports, track hiring metrics, and provide workforce planning insights. Support HR operations, background verification, audits, employee engagement, and process improvements while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.

Manages office administration, HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, payroll inputs, attendance, documentation, onboarding, employee engagement, vendors, facilities, compliance, audits, and MIS reporting. Coordinates recruitment interviews, travel, inventory, workplace services, and employee queries while maintaining accurate HR records and supporting an efficient, compliant workplace.

Manages the full lifecycle of infrastructure, cloud, migration, and transformation projects for managed-services clients. Responsibilities include presales support, planning, stakeholder and vendor coordination, risk and scope management, technical oversight, agile delivery, client communication, and project closure. The role also develops PMO processes, templates, and automation, and may be embedded with client teams. Required experience includes IT infrastructure projects, Azure and Microsoft 365 migrations, outsourcing, backup and storage initiatives, and MSP environments.
