Lead Runway’s social media strategy and operating model across major platforms. Owns day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, Rippling HRIS administration, immigration, leave and accommodations, benefits, performance cycles, engagement surveys, compensation programs, and compliance. Advises managers and employees on HR matters, improves policies and processes, and partners with the HR Manager to support a rapidly growing organization.

Advises product, engineering, partnerships, sales, marketing, and executives on AI product legal matters. Provides guidance from product design through launch, negotiates data partnerships, IP and model licensing, SaaS customer contracts, APIs, DPAs, reseller, procurement, marketplace, vendor, and strategic partnership agreements. Builds scalable legal playbooks, self-service resources, enablement programs, and AI-enabled automation while monitoring evolving AI law and policy.

Create end-to-end, full-funnel product marketing campaigns for AI products, including launch films, key visuals, landing pages, emails, onboarding flows, and social content. Develop concepts, scripts, boards, generated assets, edits, and final deliverables while translating technical research into accessible creative work. Build reusable prompts, workflows, and automated pipelines, collaborating with product marketing, design, research, growth, and product teams across multiple fast-paced launches.

Create polished, AI-assisted short-form video, motion, design, animation, and editorial content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X. Edit compelling content with strong hooks, pacing, and sound; respond quickly to trends and cultural moments; develop concepts through final production; and translate product features and AI model capabilities into engaging social content. Collaborate with creative, product, research, and marketing teams while advancing generative AI workflows and creative techniques.

Own the end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle for AI research products, from model development and user research through launch, pricing, and go-to-market. Partner with research, engineering, design, and business teams to define requirements, ship products, analyze metrics, run experiments, and prioritize features. The role requires strong technical or quantitative foundations, product management experience, SQL and Python fluency, knowledge of machine learning, and experience taking products from zero to one.

Build and deploy AI workflows, integrations, plugins, data pipelines, and proofs of concept for major customers. Diagnose production blockers, run technical evaluations and managed trials, scope deployments, accelerate customer onboarding, and convert successful solutions into reusable products. Partner with executives, engineers, Product, Engineering, and Creative teams while measuring customer outcomes and feeding recurring needs into the product roadmap.

Own the integrated financial model, including three-statement projections, scenarios, and long-range planning. Lead strategic analyses for capital allocation, headcount, build-versus-buy decisions, partnerships, pricing, and infrastructure investments. Develop operating models, unit economics, retention and capacity metrics, dashboards, and KPI infrastructure. Support investor relations, financing strategy, and executive or board materials while partnering closely with finance and functional leadership.

Provide high-impact executive support to up to six C-suite leaders: manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate meetings and VIP events, prepare expense reports, handle special projects (including international expansion), and build strong cross-functional relationships while anticipating needs and operating with discretion.

Own Runway’s self-serve and enterprise pricing, packaging, credit, and consumption models. Develop pricing frameworks, experiments, cost-to-serve and margin models, model and third-party economics, enterprise contracts, and sales guardrails. Partner with Product, Finance, Research, Infrastructure, Growth, Data, Sales, Partnerships, and Billing Engineering. Lead customer communications for pricing changes and build a pricing team over time.

Develops original concepts and working prototypes that demonstrate emerging AI video, world model, and agentic system capabilities. The role combines creative direction, coding, interaction and visual design, storytelling, and research exploration. Responsibilities include collaborating with researchers and engineers, rapidly testing ideas, and packaging explorations into polished demos, films, and interactive experiences that communicate the potential of new AI systems.

Write conversion-focused copy across landing pages, ads, lifecycle emails, onboarding flows, in-product messaging, feature launches, and product videos. Partner with product marketing, growth, design, and product teams to clarify technical capabilities, develop messaging, improve adoption, and optimize performance through testing and data analysis.

Partners with leaders and managers on organizational design, headcount planning, performance, career development, employee relations, compensation, talent programs, and engagement initiatives. Uses people data to identify risks and recommend actions, advises executives, leads investigations, and develops HR programs for a fast-growing company.

Own a portfolio of 40–60 mid-market accounts in a full-cycle SaaS/AI sales role. Close 25–40 annual deals through inbound and outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, expand usage and deal sizes, and convert product signals into pipeline. Partner with an Engagement Manager to drive customer consumption and commission outcomes. Success requires a strong quota record, high-velocity selling, AI-tool fluency, compelling writing and demos, and coachability.

The Business Development Representative will research and prioritize target accounts, engage stakeholders, create personalized outbound campaigns, generate qualified pipeline, schedule meetings, maintain CRM activity, and provide prospect feedback. The role partners with Enterprise and Mid Market account executives and may eventually manage and close smaller SMB opportunities. The representative will also help refine prospecting strategies, messaging, sequencing, and team playbooks.

Resolve high-volume customer tickets involving account access, billing, and subscription plans. Follow macros, playbooks, and AI-assisted support suggestions to provide accurate responses. Identify issues requiring product judgment or creative-tool troubleshooting and route them to appropriate support tiers. Flag recurring questions for potential macro creation while maintaining speed and accuracy in repetitive, process-driven work.

Manage Runway's paid influencer and affiliate programs: identify and pitch creators (mainly YouTube), negotiate deals, handle contracts and payments, partner with agencies and growth for attribution/reporting, surface creator trends to inform creative strategy. Not a content production role.

Lead product design projects for web and mobile platforms, creating and refining creative workflows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and data teams to ship and iterate on products rapidly. Maintain visual and user experience consistency while contributing to product and process improvements. The role values strong visual design, usability knowledge, creative tool expertise, adaptability, and experience with AI-assisted prototyping.

Owns the end-to-end detection and response program for cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, research environments, AI tooling, and products. Responsibilities include developing detections as code, leading incident investigations, automating triage and containment, monitoring AI agents, conducting threat hunts and tabletop exercises, improving security telemetry, supporting SOC 2 and ISO 27001 evidence collection, and participating in security incident on-call rotations.

Own and develop production systems supporting AI-powered customer experience, including support agents, ticketing, billing workflows, reporting, QA, monitoring, releases, guardrails, and knowledge management. Build TypeScript and Node.js services on AWS, manage AI vendor integrations, create test suites and evaluations, and coordinate improvements across Product, Engineering, Education, Analytics, and community teams.
