The role involves corporate development and capital markets, focusing on M&A strategy, investor relations, fundraising, and operational excellence in the context of AI innovation.

Design and own growth-critical surfaces (pricing, paywalls, upgrades, checkout) to drive ARR, expansion, and reduce churn. Create hypotheses, run A/B tests with growth engineering and data, iterate fast on winners, and ensure visual/interaction consistency. Set design direction for growth surfaces and mentor other designers.

Own revenue accounting and Order-to-Cash: prepare journal entries, AR and deferred revenue reconciliations, invoicing, collections, revenue recognition workbooks, process improvements, controls, and audit support while partnering with Sales, FP&A, and Legal.
