One-year fellowship for early-career lawyers supporting commercial contracting at an AI company. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating SaaS, DPA, partnership, and vendor agreements; advising sales; improving contract processes and legal tools; researching generative AI developments; and contributing to privacy, IP, product counseling, or compliance projects.

Resolve high-volume customer support tickets involving account access, billing, and subscription plans. Use macros, playbooks, and AI-assisted suggestions to provide accurate responses, identify issues requiring Tier 2 or Enterprise escalation, and flag recurring questions for new macros. The role requires clear written communication, process discipline, accuracy during repetitive work, and curiosity about the product. Prior customer-facing or process-driven experience is helpful but not required.

Lead Runway’s social media strategy and operating model across major platforms. Define channel roles, manage launch and editorial calendars, support researchers and executives with social content, amplify creator work, coordinate with Research, Product, Communications, and Brand, and establish data-driven measurement. The role requires translating technical AI and research concepts for broad audiences while balancing creative judgment, strategic leadership, operational ownership, and hands-on execution.
