As a Software Engineer at Rundoo, you'll ship features end-to-end across the stack, manage projects, debug, and collaborate closely with clients and teammates.

Own and grow Rundoo’s partner and co-op growth marketing channel, including referral programs, co-marketing campaigns, partner relationships, collateral, webinars, e-blasts, and sponsorships. Build partner-sourced pipeline, enable Account Executives with partner intelligence, track campaign attribution in Salesforce, and drive closed-won ARR. The role collaborates with marketing, sales, data science, events, and product teams, with regular travel to partner markets, events, and stores.

Own invoicing, run billing reconciliations, and manage contract buyouts. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, document findings, collaborate with Finance/Sales/Client Success, and create SOPs to improve recurring processes.

Own and scale Rundoo's partner and co-op channel: manage ~20 partners, run referral and co-marketing campaigns (e-blasts, webinars, magazines), enable AEs with partner data and tooling, negotiate rate cards, and drive partner-sourced pipeline and closed-won ARR. Hands-on operator role requiring travel to events, building collateral, and turning partner reps into a predictable lead source.

As an Account Executive, you'll manage the entire sales process, focusing on outbound sales, lead generation, and building relationships with customers in the Chicago area, with frequent travel to meet clients.

Provide coast-to-coast support for independent hardware and paint stores across Rundoos ERP: troubleshoot POS, inventory sync, accounting reconciliation, and reporting; perform spreadsheet-based data analysis; escalate and document bugs with Engineering; maintain SLAs and contribute to knowledge base and training resources.

As a product manager at Rundoo, you'll define and size new industry markets, develop feature roadmaps, and secure pilot clients while engaging directly with customers in stores.

Generate leads and qualify prospects through outreach efforts, conduct sales development activities, and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process.

Own university recruiting and employer brand, run the intern program and intern-to-full-time pipeline, represent the company at campus events, and grow into full-cycle technical hiring for Engineering, Data Science, and Product while partnering closely with R&D leaders.

Own a book of live SMB retail clients post‑go‑live to drive retention and adoption. Monitor account health with a stoplight model, run renewals and QBRs, catch and remediate churn risk, manage escalations with Product Support, translate client pain into product feedback, and help build the expansion playbook while partnering with Implementation, Product, and Engineering. As an Implementation Manager, you'll oversee the client onboarding process, build relationships, collaborate with teams, and ensure smooth implementation of Rundoo software.
