Own and optimize full-funnel growth marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels. Build campaign assets, manage budgets and timelines, test messaging and audiences, nurture leads, and improve handoffs with Sales and SDRs. Track spend, pipeline, attribution, and closed-won ARR in Salesforce while collaborating with Data Science. Develop repeatable demand-generation programs, partnerships, co-marketing initiatives, and campaign playbooks to scale qualified pipeline.

Leads Rundoo’s Implementation team, owning customer go-live performance, ARR attainment, resource allocation, forecasting, operating cadence, escalation processes, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. The role builds scalable, client-centered implementation processes, improves forecast accuracy and capacity planning, and establishes accountability across Implementation Managers. Requires Chicago-based office work at least four days weekly and experience leading post-sale teams with measurable delivery or revenue targets.

Build and maintain AI-powered marketing agents and automations for content generation, campaign instrumentation, attribution, reporting, and reusable content systems. The role supports tracking marketing impact from lead generation through closed-won revenue and collaborates with marketing, executive, and product teams. Candidates should be comfortable coding, building independently, using AI and LLM tools, and demonstrating work through GitHub. Experience deploying simple services and understanding marketing funnel metrics is preferred.
