Lead and manage the worship ministry by planning and directing weekend and special services, developing worship and technical teams, supervising the Technical Director, managing budgets and operations, and providing pastoral care and spiritual leadership to volunteers and staff.

Lead and produce gospel-centered worship services for the Central Phoenix campus. Oversee AVL systems, coordinate and direct musicians and vocalists, manage post-service audio/video production, schedule and train worship teams, and maintain the ministry calendar while fostering spiritual growth and team development.

Provide campus leadership and oversight for Life Groups, Connections, and campus operations. Support the Campus Pastor in staffing, budget and facilities stewardship, volunteer development, guest engagement, preaching as directed, pastoral care, and community outreach. Train and launch Life Group leaders and collaborate on curriculum and discipleship initiatives.

Lead and plan corporate worship and communications, recruit and develop musicians and volunteers, coordinate rehearsals and tech/production, oversee worship administration (scheduling, budgets, song licensing), provide pastoral care for team members, and support special services and church-wide events.

Lead and shepherd a multigenerational congregation through preaching, worship leadership, pastoral care, sacramental ministry, discipleship, community engagement, and administrative oversight. Develop discipleship and outreach initiatives, collaborate with staff and volunteers, and represent the church in the local ministerial association.
