Lead and manage the worship ministry by planning and directing weekend and special services, developing worship and technical teams, supervising the Technical Director, managing budgets and operations, and providing pastoral care and spiritual leadership to volunteers and staff.

Lead and execute Doxa Church's worship ministry: plan and lead weekend and special services, develop and coach volunteer worship teams (including students and kids), coordinate with production, manage Planning Center and playback DAWs, maintain equipment, recruit and onboard volunteers, and implement the Lead Pastor's worship vision.

Lead worship, preach biblically grounded sermons, administer sacraments, provide pastoral care and spiritual direction, plan and lead worship services, partner with church council for vision and growth, represent the church in the community, support Christian day-school education, and fulfill CRCNA ordination requirements.
