Lead and oversee children’s ministry programs from newborn through sixth grade. Responsibilities include supervising ministry staff, recruiting and training volunteers, coordinating Sunday programming and annual events, managing budgets and operations, communicating with families, ensuring child safety and volunteer compliance, and collaborating with church departments to support children and families.

Lead worship, preach biblically grounded sermons, administer sacraments, provide pastoral care and spiritual direction, plan and lead worship services, partner with church council for vision and growth, represent the church in the community, support Christian day-school education, and fulfill CRCNA ordination requirements.

Lead and plan corporate worship and communications, recruit and develop musicians and volunteers, coordinate rehearsals and tech/production, oversee worship administration (scheduling, budgets, song licensing), provide pastoral care for team members, and support special services and church-wide events.
