Build and operate Rubiscape’s AI platform infrastructure, including LLM gateways, RAG pipelines, prompt management, vector databases, inference APIs, guardrails, model serving, and observability. Enterprise Account Executive responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding platform adoption across assigned Indian accounts. Owns the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution workshops, proof-of-concept scoping, business-case development, forecasting, negotiation, and closing. Builds relationships with executive and technical buying stakeholders, partners with solution engineers, maintains pipeline coverage, and contributes to territory planning and competitive intelligence. Sells data, analytics, AI/ML, BI, and cloud platform capabilities to large enterprises.

Lead enterprise B2B SaaS sales for Rubiscape’s data science and decision intelligence platform. Responsibilities include prospecting global capability centers, large enterprises, and public sector organizations; managing full sales cycles; closing high-value ARR contracts; communicating platform architecture and total-cost advantages; and partnering with technical pre-sales teams to align customer needs with Rubiscape’s lifecycle engines.

Design and operate production MLOps infrastructure for large-scale model training, deployment, monitoring, and rollback across SaaS, cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments. Build ML pipelines, model registries, containerized serving platforms, observability systems, and governance controls. Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and customer teams while managing production model reliability, performance SLOs, and incident response.

Designs and maintains automated and manual testing frameworks for web interfaces, microservices, data pipelines, IoT streaming ingestion, and enterprise application layers. Performs data validation, regression, performance, and load testing across cloud and on-premises environments. Documents software defects, collaborates with developers, and supports reliable releases for a B2B SaaS or data platform.

Design, build, and own distributed backend microservices supporting data ingestion, ML pipeline orchestration, model serving, and real-time analytics. Develop Kafka streaming solutions, PostgreSQL schemas, REST and gRPC APIs, Redis caching, and service observability. Deploy and debug Kubernetes services, implement security controls, participate in on-call rotations, and improve reliability. The role requires expertise in distributed systems, database optimization, microservice patterns, and production-grade backend engineering using Node.js, Python, or Go.

Own territory revenue and pipeline generation through authorized resellers, regional systems integrators, and cloud marketplace partners. Monitor platform health metrics, remove adoption barriers, and identify renewal and account-expansion opportunities. The role requires enterprise B2B SaaS or data analytics experience and the ability to discuss data workflows with data science and IT teams.

Develops production-grade data science solutions using statistical modeling, machine learning, causal inference, and experimental design. Responsibilities include data exploration, feature engineering, model validation, deployment packaging, explainability, model documentation, experiment tracking, and production pipeline collaboration. The role focuses on fraud and risk, predictive maintenance, and patient outcome modeling, while mentoring junior analysts and translating research into platform capabilities.

Own the strategic roadmap and full product lifecycle for data, analytics, AutoML, and agentic AI platform studios. Lead customer discovery, write executable PRDs and user stories, define product KPIs, coordinate cross-functional squads, and drive quarterly planning, delivery, launches, and iteration. Partner with enterprise customers, pre-sales, and customer success while presenting roadmap progress to executive leadership and representing the product externally.

Identify, recruit, and activate ISV partners embedding Rubiscape capabilities into vertical SaaS products. Negotiate OEM and white-label agreements, coordinate API and SDK-based technical onboarding, develop joint go-to-market initiatives, track partner-influenced revenue and usage metrics, resolve escalations, and create playbooks that accelerate partner deployments and commercial growth.

Design and guide the architecture of a scalable, multi-tenant data science and decision intelligence SaaS platform. Lead deployment topologies across public cloud, private cloud, and air-gapped environments; ensure security, compliance, and data governance; oversee microservices and containerized deployments; and optimize performance across data connectors. The role requires deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, enterprise security, distributed computing, and high-scale data platforms.

Own and grow 4–6 strategic enterprise accounts, serving as executive relationship owner and trusted advisor. Develop multi-year transformation and account-growth strategies, negotiate enterprise licensing and partnership agreements, lead virtual cross-functional account teams, and drive substantial revenue expansion. Represent the company at executive forums, provide competitive and pricing insights, and influence go-to-market strategy. The role requires extensive enterprise technology sales experience, board-level communication, commercial expertise, and experience with data, analytics, AI, or cloud platforms.

Designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and multi-cloud infrastructure across SaaS, on-premises, BYOC, and air-gapped environments. Automates provisioning with Terraform and Ansible, operates GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux, and manages observability through Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and centralized logging. The role also supports secure deployments, customer onboarding, disconnected installations, progressive delivery, and enterprise-scale platform reliability.

Monitor and triage SIEM alerts across cloud, application, and endpoint environments; investigate and contain security incidents; maintain detection rules; manage vulnerability remediation workflows; enrich threat intelligence; document audit-ready incident evidence; and participate in tabletop and red-team/blue-team exercises. The role also supports automation of security response playbooks and improvement of detection and response metrics.

Build and operate Rubiscape’s internal AI-assisted developer platform, including custom LLM agents, IDE integrations, CLI tools, spec-to-code pipelines, and CI/CD quality gates. Manage prompt versioning, agent configurations, LLM logging, and automated code review and test generation. Integrate external AI development tools, monitor toolchain performance, collaborate with engineering teams, and document architecture and operational procedures.

Own the enterprise platform roadmap covering identity and access management, multi-tenancy, data governance, lineage, audit logging, integrations, deployment models, APIs, SLOs, technical debt, and platform health. Partner with infrastructure, security, DevOps, engineering, studio PMs, solutions, and partnerships teams to deliver scalable, compliant, reusable platform capabilities for enterprise SaaS and ISV customers.

Generates qualified enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, account research, personalized outreach, CRM management, and account-based campaigns. Books discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives, maintains pipeline hygiene, and shares prospect feedback with Product and Marketing. The role targets senior stakeholders at Fortune 500 and high-growth companies and offers progression to Account Executive within 12–18 months.

Manage 6–10 strategic enterprise accounts, driving ARR growth, multi-year platform expansions, renewals, and NRR above 130%. Lead CXO engagements, commercial negotiations, proof-of-concept initiatives, and account planning across Rubiscape’s product studios. Partner with pre-sales, solution engineering, and product teams while representing customer feedback internally. Mentor junior account managers and build relationships with Fortune 500 and other large enterprise organizations.
