Owns business performance, revenue, profitability, delivery quality, client success, workforce planning, governance, and operational scalability. Drives AI adoption, workflow automation, analytics, performance management, and data-driven decision-making. Builds repeatable operating models, expands into international markets, develops teams, and partners cross-functionally to support growth, efficiency, and client retention.
